Information Guide For Events At The Scarborough Open Air Theatre

Events Information for the Open Air Theatre

PARKING
There are plenty of parking areas all around the venue site. We recommend you download the following Scarborough Borough Council leaflet detailing car parks in the area.

Parking will be suspended on the main road directly in front of the Open Air Theatre (A165 Burniston Road) on event nights.

This is mainly to ensure pedestrian safety. It will also allow a free flow of traffic in the area. The suspension in place will mean that there can be no parking, stopping or waiting on Burniston Road. Drivers who are dropping off/ picking up passengers on event nights are asked to do so on Royal Albert Drive.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The management reserves the right to refuse admission. Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance, which may be the interval. Refunds are not available on tickets except for cancellation.

NOTICES:

Please also note that umbrellas are not allowed in the venue as they can restrict other spectators' views. Any umbrellas bought into the venue will be confiscated.
